This care free, sturdy, happy little dog gets along well with everyone (people, children, pets and cats). This breed, now rare in Cuba, it's origin, is once again rising in popularity. The dog belongs to the Bichon family, the French word meaning "fleecy dog".
There are no preferences given to one color or another. Rarely do we have just a solid white Havanese pup. They are usually party colored.
Havanese are natural companion dogs: gentle and responsive. They become very attached to their human families and are excellent with children.
